How can I use the assistant?
Currently our assistant is only available as a chatbot, but voice support will be added in the future.
What languages can assistant speak?
For now, we support only English.
On what platforms is the assistant available?
The assistant is available in the web application, but we are working on a version for Anrdoid and iOS.
Is my data safe?
All your data is stored within Amazon Web Services, which among other things, works with banking institutes. Safety is their priority.
What happens if I forget my password or want to change it?
You can reset the password on the login page and you will receive an email with a new password. If you would like to change your password, you can do it in the user panel in the settings.
Is my data shared with third parties?
No, we do not cooperate with any external entities.
